Every order placed with Silicate Systems falls within a regulatory framework that goes beyond simple optical instrument sales. High-end NVG hardware and NNVT image intensifier tubes are governed by French consumer law, the EU GDPR for data protection, the ML15 category of French controls for certain tubes, and EU Regulation 2021/821 on dual-use goods. Depending on destination, export outside the European Union may require a license or a signed End-User Statement.

This section gathers the five documents that frame our commercial relationship — from quote to delivery, from payment to after-sales, including NVG-specific customs constraints. Documents are kept up to date with our legal counsel, dated at each revision, previous versions available on request.

Export and dual-use sections can evolve quickly with regulatory news. We recommend buyers outside the EU verify the constraints in force in their country at the time of order. These documents do not constitute personalised legal advice.
