NNVT4 / CLASS C
The NNVT4 is the entry-level image intensifier tube of the NNVT Gen 2 series, a high-performing tube engineered to be a reliable foundation for any night vision build. It ships in the MX10160 format (2-pad / 2-pin contacts), with an 18 mm screen and P45 white phosphor (also available in P43).
Built around autogated power-supply technology, it automatically handles sudden changes in brightness (headlights, point light sources, urban edges) without blooming or excessive halo, keeping the image stable from dusk to full dark. With a 1400+ FOM, 20+ SNR and 60+ lp/mm resolution, the NNVT4 delivers a clean, usable image in low light while remaining the most accessible option in the range.
It's the tube fitted as standard in our goggle systems, and an excellent starting point for assembling or building your own unit.
Ideal for: a first step into night vision, recreational and general-purpose use, mounting into a monocular or binocular housing, and any application calling for an excellent performance-to-price ratio without compromising on reliability.
